Nutritional Supplements
Supplements are synthetic nutritional substitutes that can be taken through pill form if not consumed through food sources. Though it is not the most natural way of getting nutrients it is an alternative for those who chooses to stay away from nutrient rich foods on a daily. It can be in a form of as liquid, capsule, powder, or tablet form for consumption that best fits the person who is consuming it.
When it comes to nutrition and exercising supplements can be used, at the recommended dosage according to ones health, in order to enhance ones health san and or to increase ones athletic abilities; however mixing to many supplements can cause detrimental damage to a person health if not prescribed by a healthcare provider.
