Brain boosting Protein Brownies
Ingredients
· 16 OZ Canned Black Beans
· 3 Oz cocoa powder
· 2 Large eggs
· 2Tbs Olive Oil or Coconut Oil
· 2/3 cup sugar
· 4 Oz Dark Chocolate Chips
· 1 Tsp Vanilla
· ½ TSP Salt
· 6 Oz walnuts (chopped)
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 350 F.
2. Lightly grease an 8-inch pan, and line the base with baking (parchment) paper, extending over two opposites.
3. Combine all the ingredients except the walnuts in a food processor.
4. Mix until smooth and well combined.
5. Spoon the mixture into the prepared baking dish and smoothen the surface. Sprinkle the chopped walnuts over the top
6. Press the walnuts into the brownie mixture
7. Bake brownies for 25 minutes, until the top is firm to a gentle touch in the center. Leave in the baking pan for 10 minutes to cool down.’
8. Lift Brownies out onto a wire rack and allow to cool completely
9. Cut brownies into squares.

Turmeric and Ginger Shrimp Skewers
Ingredients
· 1lb Shrimp
· 1 large Red Onion cut into squares
· 1 large Green bell pepper into squares
· 1 large Red bell pepper into squares
· ½ tsp Salt
· ½ tsp Pepper
· 1 tsp Turmeric
· 1 tsp fresh grated Ginger
· 1 tsp Garlic
· 2 tbs Lemon juice
· 2 tbs Yogurt
Instructions
1. Preheat BBQ Grill to 400 F
2. Combine shrimp with the salt, pepper, turmeric, ginger, garlic, lemon juice and yogurt.
3. Allow mixture to marinate for 10-15 minutes
4. Skewer onion, red bell pepper. green bell pepper and shrimp onto BBQ skewers in that order 3 times per skewer
5. Each skewer should have 3 shrimp, 3 pieces on onion, and bell peppers.
6. Place prepared skewers on BBQ grill and cook for 3 mins on each side until shrimp change color from translucent to pink.

Moroccan Garbanzo and Kale Soup
Ingredients
· 16 oz Garbanzo Beans
· 2 cloves of Garlic minced
· 2 tbs Olive oil
· 4 cups Beef Bone broth
· 1 bunch Kale chopped
· 1 Lemon zest
· 8 Oz Tomato puree
· 1 Large Bell pepper diced
· 1 tbs Red pepper flakes
· 4 oz Parmesan cheese (optional)
Instructions
1. Heat a large pot on medium to high heat
2. Once the pot is hot, add olive oil.
3. Then add the chopped green bell peppers and garbanzo beans
4. Sautee for five minutes until bell pepper is tender
5. Now add the tomato sauce, lemon zest, garlic, salt, pepper, and chili flakes.
6. Stir well
7. Add the Beef broth to the pot and allow to simmer on medium heat for 10 mins
8. After 7 mins of cooking, add the chopped kale.
9. Stir the kale into the soup and continue to cook for 3 more minutes
10. After 10 total minutes, remove the soup from the heat and serve
11. Top soup with parmesan
12. Enjoy
